SPICE HANDLING PROCESS

CLEANING
Cleaning is the process to remove dust and dirt from the spices. After removing dust and dirt the crop needs to be washed in water. Only potable water should be used.
DRYING
This is by far the most important stage in the process to ensure good quality spices. Inadequately dried product will lead to fungal growth. In addition, the growth of food poisoning bacteria on some spices is a real danger if proper washing and drying is not carried out.
GRINDING
Spice Grinder can grind the whole spices into the fine spices in the fineness range of 100 MESH or above/below depending on the customer requirement. Spice grinder works in way that the characteristic flavour, aroma and colour of spices are same as grinding will not affect due to steam volatile essential or volatile oils and organic solvent soluble oleoresins, which is the strength of the spices.
CONVEYING:
The product collection system facilitates conveying of materials from Grinding machine to Cyclone. As it is a closed loop conveying, no material spillage and dust nuisance occurs.
STORAGE HOPPER WITH DUST SEPERATION
Spices are conveyed to storage hopper and air gets separated out through dust filters ensuring 100% yield with no dust emission. Further for feeding to mixers/extractor the spices will be conveyed pneumatically with separation in Cyclone Separator fines will be collected in Bag Filter ensuring 100% yield.

NOTE: ABOVE SPICE PROCESSING SYSTEM OF PROCESSING SPICES IS FULLY AUTOMATED AND WILL BE IN CLOSED LOOP ENSURRING NO DUST NUICANCE/SPILLAGE AND 100% YEILD.
